Tool to determine the degree of wear of a product and/or the formation of Pilling.

The abrasion tester is designed to determine, by rubbing against a standard abrasive fabric, the degree of wear of a manufactured product. Or the formation of Pilling by rubbing one against the other of a manufactured product.
The assessment of the abrasive power (verifiable with fabric against fabric or fabric against standard woolen fabric tests) is carried out after a certain number of cycles, observing the differences in appearance, compared to the sample as it is and possibly recording the drop in weight.
The new touch screen panel allows easy management and setting of the number of revolutions with which to carry out the tests.

Apparecchio per determinare il numero di torsioni su filati unici, ritorti sia S che Z e Open End.


Le prove disponibili sono quelle classiche, come la detorsione e la ritorsione su filati unici, quella diretta per la detorsione di filati ritorti e filamenti, "Shultz" per la detorsione, la torsione e doppia controprova per filati Open End.

La velocità di rotazione del morsetto è variabile fra 0 e 800 giri al minuto.
E' possibile impostare la distanza fra i morsetti fra 1 e 50 cm, corrispondenti a 0,5 e 20 pollici. Un sensibilissimo elongometro misura la variazione dell'allungamento fra 0 e 100 millimetri. La dotazione standard prevede un set di 7 pesi per la pretensione fra 1 e 50 gr, ma è possibile avere opzionalmente pesi di portata superiore.

Dotato di un pannello touch screen che consente un pieno controllo delle funzioni della macchina, oltre a consentire la memorizzazione dei dati acquisiti, l'eventuale stampa e la loro archiviazione per poter ripetere e confrontare le analisi nel tempo. Dotato di porta di rete e porta USB, consente di collegarsi alla rete aziendale ed eventuali periferiche.
